Recruitment Marketing and Attraction Manager

This role sits within our Recruitment and Attraction team, here’s a little more about us;

Our Team has evolved massively over the last 4 years, starting as a team of 4, way back when in 2019, hit with a pandemic in 2020 and focused solely on helping the business ride out the pandemic (as every food retailer/wholesaler did!), not knowing which way was up,  with various challenges in the recruitment market, we can now firmly say, 2023 is looking very much like OUR year!

We have grown to a team of 11, full of caring and passionate individuals who want to bring the best talent into the business. So, are you ready to join us?

This role can be based in Watford or Wellingborough. 

Role Responsibility

  • Lead the business in attracting and hiring top talent in the market. 
  • Managing, implementing and driving campaigns across all methods, specifically tapping into social media channels.
  • Providing professional support and advice on best attraction methods to the Head of Recruitment & Attraction, the wider recruitment team, HR and the broader organisation.
  • Ensuring Employer Branding is at the forefront of all attraction.
  • Continue to raise the profile and ensure it is seen as an attractive offering in the market.
  • Identify key selling points and story-telling messaging to amplify brand awareness in the local market and audience
  • Understanding the complexities around the nature of roles being geographically dispersed, specialist, and high volume need to be overcome.
  • Monitor and act upon dropout rates in our end to end recruitment process.
  • Monitoring and continuously improving the external & internal candidate journeys whilst providing data to measure the effectiveness of our attraction strategy and to continuously improve our approach.
  • Working with stakeholders and external suppliers to schedule and plan campaigns.
  • Managing the key partnerships with third parties, holding service providers to account.
  • Research and utilise market insights to understand market competition and audience demographic to make informed decisions and educate internal stakeholders

You will need

  • Proven experience of growing the employer brand
  • Proven experience of people management
  • Knowledge & experience of recruiting, candidate attraction and candidate pipelines
  • Extensive experience in managing attraction methods for large scale recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Confident communicator and influencer, both verbally and written
  • Passionate to deliver the best experience for all
  • High level of personal resilience
  • Ability to think creatively and to challenge how things are done
